The Awaji Youth Federation (AYF) was founded in 2017 by the Pasona Group, one of Japan's leading human resources firms dedicated to solving society`s problems and to the revitalization of regional communities.

• Developed the web platform of the Japan chapter of the Youth of United Nations Global Alliance (YUNGA), an initiative by the Food and Agriculture Organization by the United Nations

• Selected as 1 of the 25 Awaji Fellows from a pool of 1,000+ applicants to implement a social development project in Japan
• Facilitator at the AYF-Waseda High School SDG Interview and Training in December 2020
